Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Mariusz Pazdowski and Francis Ngomau. Pazdowski kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Wzorowy anon - Siedze na kurahenie. And in the blue corner, fighting out of Hilo, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Francis Ngomau! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. A momentary lapse in concentration from Ngomau enables Pazdowski to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Ngomau manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Pazdowski (2) vs (0) Ngomau Pazdowski slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Ngomau working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pazdowski doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pazdowski manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Ngomau is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Pazdowski is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ngomau looking for a guillotine here but Pazdowski defends easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pazdowski slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Ngomau throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Pazdowski drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Pazdowski seems to have locked his on tight now - Ngomau screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Pazdowski, as he picks up the win!
