Coming up we have a lightweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between El Mariachi and Conor Newell. Conor Newell is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mariachi is defended easily by Newell.
Mariachi doesn't manage to clinch there - Newell circles away.

Newell has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Mariachi 's body.

Newell gets his hands free as Mariachi looks to control.

Newell wins on points by 21 to 2.
