Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rod Davidson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cyric Saar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Fedor Mirinova and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Davidson pushes Saar up against the cage in a clinch.
Davidson jumps into guard, dragging Saar to the mat.
Davidson has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Saar is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Saar is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Davidson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Saar is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Davidson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Saar jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Davidson is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Davidson and Saar has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Saar has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Davidson!
Saar looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Davidson is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Saar has hold of Davidson's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Davidson manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Davidson sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Saar is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Saar advances nicely into full mount.
Davidson has left one of his arms exposed and Saar doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Davidson screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
