Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Karl Denke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yasuhiro Akagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Akagi has chosen Nash the Slash - American Band as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yasuhiro Akagi!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Thiago Cunha and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Denke rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Akagi connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Karl Denke has been cut.
Denke tries to clinch but Akagi moves away
and Denke takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Akagi throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Akagi cracks Denke with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Denke looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Akagi finish him?
Denke is rocked!
Denke looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Denke switches off momentarily and Akagi cracks him with a monster right hand! Denke topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Akagi dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Akagi!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Yasuhiro Akagi!
