Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Teddy Parkinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Carrey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carrey has chosen When the man comes around - Johnny Cash as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Teddy Parkinson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jim Carrey! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parkinson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Parkinson moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Parkinson stuffs the takedown. Carrey shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Parkinson's guard. Carrey thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Parkinson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Carrey is one step ahead there. Parkinson keeping full guard, as Carrey tries to pass. Parkinson wants to sweep here but Carrey controlling him for the moment. Carrey postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Parkinson is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Carrey, into his guard. Carrey looks gassed! Parkinson passes easily into side control. Nice work. Parkinson lands a few punches from side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carrey tries to improve position but can't. Parkinson controlling from side mount. Parkinson landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Parkinson looks up at the clock and then as Carrey takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Parkinson smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Parkinson has knee on belly and moves into mount. Parkinson looking to finish Carrey with some ground and pound. This is bad for Carrey! Parkinson lands a heavy elbow. Parkinson trying to control but Carrey is having none of it. Parkinson working away from the top, dropping strikes. Parkinson working for a guillotine from mount but Carrey is in no mood to give up. Parkinson prevents Carrey from getting the reversal. Carrey is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Parkinson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Carrey's face.
Parkinson is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Parkinson!
