Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenneth Francis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerhard De Lange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Lange is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Nemo. On his way into the cage it seems that Kenneth Francis has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Kenneth Francis seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, William Gold and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Lange shoots in looking for a takedown. Francis tries to sprawl out of it but De Lange keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Francis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Francis drops down looking for a counter takedown but De Lange sprawls and moves away.
Francis fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. De Lange sprawls well initially but Francis persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
De Lange really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Francis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Francis is nestled in close to De Lange, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
