14 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Beach Bum! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Levan Revazshvili! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Chad Campbell and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bum misses with the combination.
Revazshvili with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bum to score with a decent uppercut. Revazshvili uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bum.
Revazshvili lands a slapping body shot.
Revazshvili connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bum momentarily.
Revazshvili scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Oooooh!!! Revazshvili has knocked Bum down with a huge combo! Revazshvili steps away and waves a wobbly Bum back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Bum is rocked!
It looks like Beach Bum has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A swing and a miss from Revazshvili. Revazshvili scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Oh Bum is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Bum throws a looping overhand right but Revazshvili ducks down to avoid it. Bum throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Revazshvili counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Bum thinking. Bum seems to have got his legs back now. Bum pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Bum jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Revazshvili looks to land a combination but Bum avoids it well. Bum with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Revazshvili to score with a decent uppercut. Revazshvili misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bum.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bum throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Revazshvili is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Bum with a body shot. Bum throws an off balance right hand
and Revazshvili counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Bum misses with a hook. Bum misses with a jab to the body
and Revazshvili counters with a nice uppercut. Revazshvili throws a nice looking combination but Bum bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Bum digs a good hook to Revazshvili's body.
Revazshvili has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Bum keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Bum takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Revazshvili steps in with a hook that catches Bum right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Revazshvili follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Bum looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Levan Revazshvili! Levan Revazshvili decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
