The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Russell Pearce and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kurita gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Jimmy is trying to push Kurita away but Kurita has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.

Jimmy takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Kurita gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A short body shot lands from Kurita as the two fighters clinch.
Jimmy is looking to break free of the clinch but Kurita has double underhooks.
Kurita cracks Jimmy with a nice body shot.
Kurita's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Minobu Kurita seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kurita will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kurita catches Jimmy napping and connects with a fantastic 3 punch combination that sends Jimmy crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but he's all over the place - can he beat the count?!? 4,5,6,7,8...9...10! He didn't make it back to his feet! Kurita raises both arms skywards and takes in the roar from the crowd!

Jim Jimmy was interviewed post fight and said 'I'll learn from this and come back. Like my coach's book we win or we learn, out in stores now.'.
