Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paddy McGregor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Wunce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Paddy McGregor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mark Wunce! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yuuki Gou and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGregor fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Wunce feints the counter takedown. Wunce throws a combination but it was largely blocked by McGregor. Wunce rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McGregor moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Wunce shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Wunce was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Wunce in side control, just content to control the action for now. Wunce has control of an arm but McGregor manages to advance to Wunce's back! Wunce looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. McGregor knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wunce on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. McGregor is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Wunce is in bad spot here.
Wunce trying to control the action but McGregor just sinks the hooks in. McGregor is trying to stick to Wunce's back but Wunce is turning into McGregor. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in McGregor's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Wunce.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McGregor wants to control the position but Wunce says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Wunce controlling the action here. McGregor is trying to stand back up but Wunce is controlling him
Wunce is figuring out what he wants to do next. Wunce working McGregor over with strikes. McGregor tries to roll over but Wunce keeps him under control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wunce looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Wunce in particular looking to stall. Wunce wants to pass the guard but McGregor is defending well. McGregor is defending against the submission attempts here by Wunce.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Wunce is sneakily working for an arm triangle but McGregor sees it coming and defends easily. Wunce scoring with strikes to the body and head. McGregor is looking to control Wunce's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can McGregor avoid being mounted? Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wunce passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for McGregor! Wunce is landing with some decent strikes but McGregor is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Wunce dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
McGregor has a takedown stuffed. McGregor has a takedown stuffed. McGregor wants to clinch up but Wunce keeps it at a distance. McGregor takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
McGregor closes the distance and clinches up with Wunce, looking for a takedown. McGregor pushes Wunce against the cage but Wunce circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Wunce with the counter takedown but McGregor avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Paddy McGregor. That's going to take a lot out of him. McGregor tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wunce paws at him with a jab and circles away. Wunce closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. McGregor did well to prevent Wunce getting side control. McGregor tries to kick Wunce off in order to stand up. Wunce Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wunce lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. McGregor gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Wunce lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wunce with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Wunce looking to finish McGregor with some ground and pound. This is bad for McGregor!
McGregor is rocked! Wunce loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have McGregor scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Wunce land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Wunce stands and salutes the crowd.
