Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Peter Branson and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McNee throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
And Khaliev tries to counter it with a takedown but McNee pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Some bone on bone action there as Khaliev checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
McNee misses with a body kick.
McNee digs a good hook to Khaliev's body.
JJ McNee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Khaliev blocks a jab.
McNee scores with a nice strike.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McNee throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Khaliev sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Khaliev is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
A telegraphed right hand from McNee misses the target.
Khaliev drops down looking to force a counter takedown but McNee defends it well.
Khaliev bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Khaliev feints the counter takedown.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Khaliev on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
McNee throws a head kick that misses
and Khaliev counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Khaliev preventing the sweep.
Khaliev is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Khaliev is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! McNee is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! McNee has escaped and now he's on top!
McNee is sitting in close to Khaliev's body. Khaliev has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! McNee is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, McNee is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Khaliev.
