PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Let Ji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gay Lussac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ji comes to the cage accompanied by Anathema - Judgement. Lussac comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sadly Ever After by Innerphoria kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! On his way into the cage it seems that Let Ji has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Let Ji seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lussac throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A solid leg kick lands there for Ji.
Lussac swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Ji cracks Lussac with a right hand to the side of the head.
Ji moves out of range of the body kick from Lussac.
Ji buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Lussac gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Ji lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Ji takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Ji drops Lussac with a right and a left! Ji comes rushing in but Lussac regains his composure and manages to keep Ji in guard.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lussac crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Ji - the referee stops the clock and Lussac gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Ji. Lussac manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
