Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Rimsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddy Kreuger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kreuger is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: "I'm Your Boogie Man" by White Zombie. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sergei Rimsky! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Freddy Kreuger! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rimsky shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Rimsky misses with an uppercut. Kreuger uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Rimsky. Rimsky connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
It looks like Freddy Kreuger has been cut. Rimsky throws out a token jab with nothing on it. An inside leg kick from Kreuger misses. Rimsky looks to land a left hand but Kreuger moved out of range nicely. Kreuger wants to clinch up but Rimsky keeps it at a distance. Rimsky throws a push kick but Kreuger slaps the foot to one side. Sergei Rimsky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kreuger pushes Rimsky up against the cage in a clinch. Kreuger creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Rimsky's defenses. Rimsky avoids the elbow strike from Kreuger, against the cage.
Rimsky wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

With the fighters up against the cage, Kreuger throws an elbow but misses. Rimsky stalling in the clinch but Kreuger improves position. Rimsky lands a shot to the body. Rimsky wants to get back to striking at distance but Kreuger won't allow it.

Kreuger will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Rimsky up against the cage. Kreuger pushes off an throws an elbow but Rimsky leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Rimsky can't break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kreuger with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Rimsky throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Kreugers head. Kreuger is stalling here.
Kreuger tries to stall but Rimsky uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Kreuger throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Kreuger lands an elbow just above Rimsky 's eye.
It looks like Sergei Rimsky has been cut. Rimsky tries to break the clinch but Kreuger is controlling the position. Kreuger lands an elbow just above Rimsky 's eye. Kreuger has Rimsky pressed against the cage.
Rimsky lands a hook to the side of the head. Kreuger is trying to stall.
Rimsky wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Rimsky trying to stall but Kreuger improves his position.
Rimsky lands a left hand that snaps the head of Kreuger backwards. Rimsky tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Kreuger's elbow. Rimsky throws a head punch that misses. A battle for position here, against the cage. Kreuger keeps control of Rimsky as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. A short right hand to the side of the head by Rimsky. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Rimsky.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Rimsky throws a head punch that misses. Rimsky scores with an uppercut up the middle. Kreuger lands an elbow that stopped Rimsky in his tracks for a moment. Rimsky doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Rimsky taking a breather. Nice elbow from Kreuger. Rimsky has had enough of the clinch but Kreuger keeps him there for the moment. Kreuger lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Rimsky wants to get back to striking at distance but Kreuger won't allow it.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Kreuger takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Rimsky wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Rimsky avoids a wild elbow strike from Kreuger. Rimsky tries a body shot but Kreuger blocks it.
A head punch on the inside from Rimsky fails to land. The is referee keeping an eye on Kreuger - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Kreuger creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Rimsky's defenses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rimsky fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Rimsky manages to break the clinch.
Rimsky ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Rimsky throws a hook to the side of Kreuger's head but Kreuger sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kreuger slips under a jab from Rimsky. A bone on bone clash there as Rimsky blocks the leg kick.
Kreuger takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Rimsky dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Rimsky throws a right and a left that Kreuger avoids nicely. Rimsky connects with a crisp jab. Kreuger tries to land a leg kick but Rimsky saw it coming and moves away.
Rimsky ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Rimsky, as that shot connected.
Kreuger is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rimsky lands a slapping body shot.
Kreuger is still on wobbly legs! Can Rimsky finish him? Kreuger looks gassed! Rimsky lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Kreuger falls backwards - clearly groggy! Rimsky dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sergei Rimsky!
