The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kandele lands a right hook to the body.
Kandele throws a lazy head kick
and Ayala counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kandele won't be happy with that.
Ayala lands an elbow.
Kandele is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Ayala is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kandele is in all sorts of trouble here.

Kandele tries to buck Ayala off but Ayala takes his back!
Kandele trying to control the action but Ayala just sinks the hooks in.

Ayala is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Kandele won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Ayala off his unconscious opponent!
