Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Josh West and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ku fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Buckeye tries to counter with a takedown but Ku is quick to defend against it.
Buckeye keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ku.
Ku misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Buckeye really is a fat lump.
Buckeye moves out of range of the body kick from Ku.
Ku throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Ku misses with a right hand
and Buckeye counters with a takedown into side control.
Ku is trying to buck Buckeye off.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Buckeye scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Ku to see if he's OK.
Buckeye scores with a couple of short elbows.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Buckeye has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Ku is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Buckeye yanks on the arm and Ku is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Buckeye.
