Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drunk Abbott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jared Odrick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Abbott comes to the cage accompanied by turn that off im getting aroused. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jared Odrick! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abbott thows a body shot but no joy. Odrick tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Abbott was well out of range. Poor timing from Odrick. Abbott fails with an attempt to clinch.

Odrick swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Odrick uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Abbott. Odrick fails with a takedown attempt. Odrick throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Abbott sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Abbott throws a shot from downtown. Odrick moves away and avoids it. Abbott staying out of range there. Odrick lands with a shot to the body. Abbott tries to clinch up but Odrick circles away and keeps his distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Odrick slips a straight right by Abbott. Abbott throws the left hand but Odrick avoids the punch easily. Odrick lands a jab to Abbott's midsection. Odrick slips under a jab. Odrick throws out a powerful jab. Abbott looks to land a left hand but Odrick moved out of range nicely. Abbott avoids a punch combination nicely.
Odrick scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Odrick scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Odrick shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Odrick is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Odrick bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Odrick fails to land with a series of punches.
Odrick throws a right and a left that Abbott avoids nicely. Odrick changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Abbott tries to avoid it but Odrick manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Abbott to the ground. Abbott escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Drunk Abbott has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jared Odrick. Odrick fails with a takedown attempt. Odrick tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Abbott swivels and escapes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Abbott is looking to clinch. Abbott avoids the body shot from Odrick.

Abbott misses with a looping right. Odrick tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Abbott swivels and escapes. Odrick avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Abbott is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Abbott's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. Abbott throws a hook but Odrick blocks it. Odrick bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Abbott's head backwards. Abbott forces Odrick back against the cage and clinches. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jared Odrick dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Abbott uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Odrick.
Odrick moves out of range of the strikes. Odrick bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Odrick shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Abbott's guard. Abbott utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Odrick stopping the sweep attempt from Abbott. Abbott is trying to keep Odrick in close.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Odrick is looking to stand up but Abbott won't let him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Odrick is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Abbott is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Abbott has escaped and now he's on top! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Abbott stays in close to Odrick's body and controls the position. Abbott knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Odrick on the ground. Odrick is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Odrick is adopting a defensive guard. Odrick wants to sweep but no luck. Abbott wants to control from the top but Odrick keeps moving. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Odrick is on top in guard.
Odrick postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Odrick seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Odrick passes Abbott's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Odrick prevents Abbott from improving his position. Odrick should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Odrick wants to take a breather but Abbott is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Odrick lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Odrick prevents Abbott from improving his position. Odrick seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Abbott does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Abbott on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Abbott tries to get out of the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Abbott trying to control here.

Jared Odrick showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Odrick misses with a wild body shot. Odrick is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Abbott rather than just go for the knockout. Abbott takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Odrick throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Odrick thows a body shot but no joy. A telegraphed right hand from Odrick misses the target. Abbott misses with a shot to the body and Odrick counters with a nice body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Abbott takes a swing at Odrick's ribcage but misses. Odrick misses with an uppercut. Abbott saw that one coming. Abbott takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
That's one minute gone in the round. Abbott slips under a jab. Odrick tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Abbott swivels and escapes. Odrick misses the shot to the body. Abbott gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Abbott tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Odrick tries to score a body lock takedown but Abbott shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Abbott comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
It looks like Jared Odrick has been cut. Odrick blocks the elbow strike.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Abbott throws an elbow that misses.

Abbott lands an elbow that stopped Odrick in his tracks for a moment. Abbott lands an elbow just above Odrick 's eye.
That has opened up Jared Odrick's cut even more. Odrick tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Abbott smiles and moves away.
Drunk Abbott has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jared Odrick. A jab from Odrick finds it's way through Abbott's defenses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Odrick drives through with a takedown into guard. Odrick postures up.
Odrick looking to pass the guard. Abbott keeping moving, preventing Odrick from controlling successfully. Abbott might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Odrick stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Abbott swivels though and keeps the full guard. Odrick wants to get up but he can't break Abbott's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Odrick stands and throws Abbott's legs to the side, diving into side control. Odrick tries to move to mount but Abbott blocks the move with his legs. Drunk Abbott has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Nice sprawl there from Abbott as Odrick shoots in.
And that's the end of the fight! Jared Odrick comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Odrick winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
