Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Aleksandr Sinytsyn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Kang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Aleksandr Sinytsyn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bruce Kang! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kang clinches up with Sinytsyn and pushes him back against the ropes. Sinytsyn throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Kang swings wildly with an uppercut but Sinytsyn uses good head movement to avoid it. Kang misses with a punch on the inside.
Kang blocks a body shot from Sinytsyn. Sinytsyn tries to throw a body punch but Kang avoids it by throwing Sinytsyn back against the ropes. Sinytsyn working hard to break the clinch. Sinytsyn scores a nice knee to the body.
Kang lands a right hand that snaps the head of Sinytsyn backwards. Sinytsyn is trying to break the clinch but Kang is controlling him. Sinytsyn breaks from the clinch.
Kang clinches. Sinytsyn escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kang slips a jab from Sinytsyn. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kang clinches with his opponent.
I was talking to Sinytsyn's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Sinytsyn works on Kang's body with a couple of short punches. Kang lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the ropes. Kang lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sinytsyn content to slow the pace in the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kang uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Sinytsyn. Nice defenses there by Kang. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Sinytsyn, as that shot connected.
Sinytsyn throws a jab when Kang was well out of range. Kang closes the distance and clinches. Kang gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Kang tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Sinytsyn's elbow. Sinytsyn is trying to break free. Sinytsyn blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Kang tries to land knees in the clinch but Sinytsyn avoids the damage to the body. Kang lands an elbow inside. Sinytsyn wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A short uppercut from Sinytsyn. Sinytsyn wants to break free but Kang has control.

A punch combination from Sinytsyn misses. Aleksandr Sinytsyn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sinytsyn scores with a jab to the jaw. Kang has managed to clinch.

Kang fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Sinytsyn has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Sinytsyn blocks the body kick.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sinytsyn throws a body shot but no joy. Sinytsyn looks to score with a jab to the body but Kang is just out of range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Bruce Kang will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Kang ducks under a wild hook from Sinytsyn. Kang was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Sinytsyn throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Sinytsyn fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Kang checks it well. Kang throws a big counter head kick but Sinytsyn avoids it with no problem. Kang wants to clinch up but Sinytsyn keeps it at a distance. Sinytsyn misses with a low kick. Kang ducks right into an uppercut from Sinytsyn. Sinytsyn thuds his right hand into Kang's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Sinytsyn avoids the head kick by Kang.
Kang fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Kang takes a body punch but keeps moving. Kang loads up on a big right hand but Sinytsyn slips the punch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kang keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A little jabbing left from Kang on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Kang throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Sinytsyn tried to score with a low kick but Kang checks it. Kang throws out a counter right but Sinytsyn avoids it with no problem. Sinytsyn tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Kang tries to clinch up but Sinytsyn circles away and keeps his distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kang bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Kang blocks a jab. Sinytsyn throws a half hearted mid kick. Donk. Sinytsyn catches Kang right on the button with a cross. Kang pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Kang slips a jab and a cross from Sinytsyn.
Kang fails in his attempt to clinch. Sinytsyn scores with a nice head shot. Kang lands a nice shot to the body.
Kang tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Sinytsyn tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Sinytsyn misses with a straight right. Kang throws a sloppy head kick and Sinytsyn moves out of range easily. Kang fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sinytsyn throws a hook but Kang blocks it. Aleksandr Sinytsyn is winning the standup battle so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sinytsyn throws a leg kick but Kang checks it. Bruce Kang is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sinytsyn jabs at Kang's body. Kang ducks under a wild hook from Sinytsyn. Sinytsyn saw that one coming. Kang closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes. Bruce Kang seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. A short left from Sinytsyn. Sinytsyn breaks from the clinch.

Kang slips a straight right by Sinytsyn. Sinytsyn tries to bum rush Kang with a series of wild strikes but Kang uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sinytsyn throws a right and a left that both miss. Sinytsyn throws the left hand but Kang avoids the punch easily. It seemed like Kang was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sinytsyn ducks right into an uppercut from Kang. A jab from Kang misses. Kang checks a leg kick. Kang tries a quick counter leg kick but Sinytsyn is wise to it. Kang steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sinytsyn. Kang steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Sinytsyn. Sinytsyn throws a body punch but Kang moves out of range. A lazy left from Kang finds it's target. Kang moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Sinytsyn throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Kang counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Sinytsyn tried to score with a low kick but Kang checks it. Sinytsyn loads up on a big right hand but Kang slips the punch. Kang throws a one two combo.
Sloppy strikes from Sinytsyn. Those never looked like landing. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kang tries to clinch there but Sinytsyn circles away.

Bruce Kang really dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
A chopping leg kick lands by Sinytsyn. Kang takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Kang buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Sinytsyn scores with the left hand. Kang knows he should have avoided that one. Kang tries to clinch but Sinytsyn is having none of it. Sinytsyn drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. A right-left combo lands from Kang. Kang tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Sinytsyn paws at him with a jab and circles away. Sinytsyn misses with a leg kick. Kang has taken the fight to the clinch.

and Kang counters with a three punch combo that has Sinytsyn backing up. Sinytsyn nods at Kang to acknowledge the strikes. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kang moves into the clinch. With the fighters up against the ropes, Sinytsyn throws an elbow but misses. Sinytsyn is trying to break the clinch but Kang is controlling him. Nice elbow from Kang. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Kang avoiding damage as Sinytsyn throws knees to the body.

Oh Sinytsyn is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Sinytsyn drops his hands momentarily and Kang needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Sinytsyn just on the top of the head. Sinytsyn drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Sinytsyn - he's done!
