The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Egans pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Egans misses with the combination.
Egans misses with a double jab.
Egans tries to work over Hanma's front leg with a kick but Hanma checks it.
Egans throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Egans misses with the combination.
Hanma closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Egans to the mat! Egans manages to get full guard.
Hanma drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Egans dives on top into guard.
Hanma is looking to sinch up a triangle. Egans throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Hanma's body to avoid the submission. Hanma has instead reached around Egans's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Hanma arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
