Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jeffery Larson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Kahones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kahones has chosen ACDC - Big Balls as his entrance music. Jeffery Larson has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jeffery Larson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Don Kahones! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kahones misses with a combination
and Larson counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Larson. Larson breaks the clinch.
Kahones thuds a left hand into Larson's body. Kahones bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Larson tries to bench press Kahones off him but Kahones keeps the position. Kahones creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Larson sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Larson is trying to improve his position. Larson is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Kahones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Larson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kahones decides to stand and escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kahones misses with a combination
and Larson counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kahones's knee momentarily. Kahones misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kahones throws a right and a left that both miss. Kahones throws a head kick that misses. It looked like Larson wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Kahones moves in looking to clinch but Larson pushes him off. Kahones lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Larson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kahones avoids it really well and circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kahones cracks Larson with an open hand slap.
It looks like Jeffery Larson has been cut. Kahones throws a right and a left that Larson avoids nicely. Larson throwing a counter right hand but Kahones manages to avoid it. Some wild striking there from Kahones.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Larson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kahones defends it nicely. Larson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kahones pinned against the cage. Kahones gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jeffery Larson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kahones scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Kahones shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Larson is trying to defend but Kahones finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Larson is rocked! Kahones prevents Larson from improving his position. Oh Larson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Kahones looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Larson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Kahones lands a big elbow - Larson is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Kahones!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Don Kahones! In his post fight interview, Don Kahones started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
