Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Enzo Deep! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bikram Kunwar! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Deep misses with a wild combination.
Kunwar tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Deep slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Deep cracks Kunwar with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Deep moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Enzo Deep seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kunwar misses with a series of wild punches.
A combination from Deep does no damage. Kunwar with the counter takedown but Deep avoids it easily. A looping hook to the body misses from Deep. Kunwar does a little dance to reset his feet. Deep misses with a series of wild punches.

so Kunwar counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kunwar drops back looking for a leg! Deep is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Deep manages to kick Kunwar off! Kunwar jumps back into Deep's guard. Deep keeping moving, preventing Kunwar from controlling successfully.

Kunwar jumps back into Deep's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Deep is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Kunwar is controlling him. Deep wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Kunwar manages to pass to side control. Deep is defending against the submission attempts here by Kunwar.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kunwar wants to work for an arm triangle but Deep is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Deep on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Deep tries to get out of the position. Kunwar is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Deep has managed to free his arm - good work. Kunwar is working for a kimura but Deep is defending it quite comfortably.
Kunwar is trying to control the action in half guard but Deep is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Kunwar seems to be looking for submissions.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Deep is trying to stand up here but Kunwar is controlling him well.

Kunwar changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Deep lands with a hook. Kunwar tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Kunwar ducks under a wild hook from Deep. Kunwar tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Deep scores with a decent looking hook. Deep misses with a double jab
so Kunwar counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. This has been an exciting period of action! Kunwar thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Kunwar stands up over Deep, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kunwar drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Kunwar as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Deep screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Kunwar! Nice submission victory there!
