Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Oduro Negum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Rico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rico comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Klendathu drop kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! John Rico is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rico connects with a single shot there.
Rico loads up on a big right hand but Negum slips the punch.
Negum throws a quick counter kick to the body but Rico avoids it.
Negum on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Rico sends Negum crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Rico is motioning to the referee to let Negum up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Negum is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rico throws a shot to the body.
Oh Negum is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rico fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Negum seems to have got his legs back now.
Negum takes one on the chin but seems OK.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Rico knocks Negum out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). John Rico!
During a confident post fight interview, John Rico thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
