Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Freddy White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Ash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 19 - 4, fighting out of Hilo, Freddy White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 18 - 3, fighting out of New York, Adam Ash!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ash takes a swing at White's ribcage but misses.
Ash wants to slow White down by chopping away at his legs.
White half committed to a counter leg kick.
Nice defenses there by Ash.
White lands with a straight right. Ash didn't see that one coming.
Ash fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt White.
White tries to move into range but Ash moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
White throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Ash bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Ash tries to clinch up.

Ash has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. White seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Ash can turn it around.

and White cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

White definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The fighters circle momentarily. Ash darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, White creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

White is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Ash is defending well for now.
Ash drops down looking for an ankle pick but White pulls his leg out and moves away.
White slips a straight right by Ash.

Ash shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. White manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

It seemed like Ash was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Ash walks into a straight right hand from White.

and White counters with an outside leg kick.
Ash tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but White was well out of range. Poor timing from Ash.

White throws a front kick aimed at Ash's knee but Ash avoids it well.

White feints and then cracks Ash's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ash down.

Ash stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looked like White wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Freddy White will probably get the nod.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Ash throws an off balance right hand
and White counters with a nice uppercut.
White uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ash.
White does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
White walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Ash checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
A little jabbing left from Ash on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Ash wants to clinch up but White keeps it at a distance.
White misses with a low kick.
White takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
White walks into a straight right hand from Ash.
Ash lunges at White with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by White's hand.
Ash tries to close the distance and clinch but White swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
White misses with a hook. Ash ducked under it nicely.
White throws a lazy right hand but Ash sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Ash swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Adam Ash.
I think Ash has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
