The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Anni Minnemäki and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooper scores with a head kick. Belediyev tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Cooper could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Cooper avoids the head kick by Belediyev.
Cooper has taken the fight to the clinch.
Cooper misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Belediyev manages to break the clinch.
Belediyev has Cooper up against the cage in a clinch.
Cooper tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Belediyev's elbow.
Belediyev wants the takedown. Cooper is fighting it off but Belediyev persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Cooper's guard against the cage.
Belediyev trying to control the position from guard on top but Cooper is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Cooper looking for a guillotine here but Belediyev defends easily.
Belediyev wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Cooper's closed guard. He's half up but Cooper has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Cooper pivots and extends the arm, Belediyev falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Cooper! Well done that man!
