Nelson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Don't Mean A Thing. Taylor has chosen Bow Down as his entrance music. Roy Nelson could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jordan Taylor's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor tries to clinch there but Nelson circles away.
Nelson waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Taylor.
Taylor tries a low kick but Nelson avoids it.
Nelson moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Nelson misses with a looping right.
Taylor dodges the punch combination from Nelson.
Taylor lands with a right hand.
Taylor changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Nelson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nelson throws an off balance right hand
and Taylor counters with a two punch combo.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nelson misses with a combination
and Taylor counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
A swing and a miss from Nelson.
It seemed like Taylor was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Taylor connects with a nice cross there... Nelson is looking wobbly and Taylor recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Nelson to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Taylor jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
