Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Flip Side (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Angle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Angle has chosen The Doors - Roadhouse Blues as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Flip Side! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kurt Angle! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Side changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Side lands a body shot.
Angle shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Angle was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Side is looking for a sweep. Angle goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Side rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Angle's guard! Nice work there by Side! Angle working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Side has passed into half guard!
Angle is doing well to control the position and prevent Side from advancing to side control. Side trying to advance position but Angle counters by regaining guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Side stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Angle swivels though and keeps the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Angle had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Side defends it easily. Side wants to control from the top but Angle keeps moving. Side got a little sloppy there for a moment and Angle has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Side has managed to get both his arms back between Angle's legs - danger averted. Angle bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Side's guard.
Side is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Angle frees his head nicely. Oh but Side has switched to an armbar! Angle is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Armbar). Flip Side! Flip Side decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
