The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mikeli ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Mikeli bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Leonardo's head.
Leonardo takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
It looks like Ernesto Leonardo has been cut.
Mikeli feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Leonardo's calf.
Mikeli scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Leonardo gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Mikeli stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mikeli wants it to stay on the feet.

Mikeli pounces like a tiger and cracks Leonardo with a vicious hook! Leonardo is down but not out! Mikeli follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

In his post fight interview, Bo Mikeli started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
