Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marvin Andrews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alonzo Diggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diggs has chosen Trick Daddy - In Da Wind as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diggs throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Diggs lands a slapping body shot.
Andrews moves away from the strike by Diggs.
It looked like Andrews wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Andrews misses with a two punch combination.
Diggs is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Andrews with a body shot.
Andrews moves out of range as Diggs strikes.
A jab from Diggs finds it's way through Andrews's defenses.
Andrews bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Andrews accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Diggs won't allow Andrews to sweep him here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Diggs not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Diggs stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Andrews swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Andrews throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
A jab from Diggs misses.
Diggs throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Andrews sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Diggs closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Andrews blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Diggs trying to control the position but instead, Andrews has worked for underhooks and has pushed Diggs into the cage.
Diggs lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Still in the clinch, Andrews scores with a nice short uppercut.
Diggs prevents a takedown attempt there.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Diggs.
Diggs blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Andrews letting Diggs take a breather here.
Andrews is trying to pull guard but Diggs turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alonzo Diggs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Andrews shoots in looking for a takedown but Diggs manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Andrews's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Andrews throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Diggs's waist but Diggs gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Andrews off to one side.

Andrews throws a right hand that Diggs ducks under and follows up with a left that Diggs also avoids with ease.

A decent looking cross lands there for Diggs.
Andrews is rocked!
Diggs swats away the attempt to clinch by Andrews.
Diggs let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Oh Andrews is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Diggs drops Andrews with a naaaaasty hook - Andrews is in real trouble here! Diggs dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
