Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Krejzi Kure (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Crow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kure comes to the cage accompanied by BIG SHUG - who's hard. Crow has chosen Seether- Nobody praying for me as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Krejzi Kure!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sam Crow!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kure throws an overhand right that lands on Crow's shoulder, as Crow tries to avoid the shot.
Kure looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kure avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kure throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
A telegraphed right hand from Crow misses the target.
Kure misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Crow throws a series of punches but Kure avoids them all with ease.
Crow throws a shot to the body.
Crow defending well as Kure loads up on a big left hand.
Kure misses with a wild body shot.
Crow misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kure lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Crow circles away quickly and effectively.
Crow is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Sam Crow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Crow has his foot on Kure's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kure works his way back into a safe position though.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kure distracts Crow with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Crow has his foot on Kure's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kure works his way back into a safe position though.

Kure seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Crow does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Kure slips a nice elbow through Crow's hands, connecting with Crow's forehead.
Crow manages to get to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Crow is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kure defends well.

Kure lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Kure preventing the sweep.
Kure postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Kure wants to pass the guard but Crow is keeping the position.
Crow looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kure is one step ahead there.
Crow trying to keep a closed guard but Kure is proving a slippery customer.
Crow has momentary wrist control but Kure slips an elbow through the middle.

Crow looking for subs off his back but Kure has passed one foot through into half guard.
Crow regains full guard. Nicely done.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kure with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Kure misses with a few strikes there.
Crow misses with a double jab.
Kure is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Crow can do to turn this around?
Crow throws a sloppy head kick
and Kure counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Kure tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Crow paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Kure rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Crow moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Crow throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kure will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Kure shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Kure was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Sam Crow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Krejzi Kure is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Crow looks to land a combination but Kure avoids it well.

Crow has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Kure is on him like a limpet, forcing Crow back against the cage.

Crow has had enough of the clinch but Kure keeps him there for the moment.
Kure keeps control of Crow as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Kure has Crow pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Crow manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Kure breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Crow misses with a few strikes there.
Crow throws a leg kick which misses Kure's front leg but catches the back leg as Kure tries to avoid it.

Kure decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Kure prevents Crow from improving his position.
Crow trying to hold on to Kure's head to control him but Kure postures up.
Kure is nestled in close to Crow, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kure lands a nice short elbow.
Krejzi Kure overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Kure lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Crow is staying active underneath Kure, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Crow on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Crow is trying to maintain the position but Kure is very close to passing his half guard.
Kure lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Crow quite badly. Crow pulls Kure in close trying to recover. Kure postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Crow on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Crow doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:39 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Krejzi Kure!
A very excited looking Krejzi Kure made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
