Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Don Gotti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Kristian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kristian is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Oasis - Colombia. Michael Kristian has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Don Gotti! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, Michael Kristian! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gotti looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Kristian is staying active underneath Gotti, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Gotti is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kristian is just riding it out for now. Gotti eventually gives up the hold. Gotti missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Gotti thows a huge punch but Kristian dodges it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gotti wants to take a breather but Kristian is having none of it. Kristian regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kristian is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Kristian looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Gotti has picked Kristian up and slammed him! Kristian can't keep hold of the triangle and Gotti manages to pass to side control! Gotti tries to advance to mount but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gotti tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Kristian is looking to regain half guard here but Gotti keeps moving and retains side control. Gotti working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Gotti controls the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gotti throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Gotti looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Kristian manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gotti is trying to control. Kristian wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Gotti missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Kristian is defending against the submission attempts here by Gotti.
Gotti seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kristian does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Gotti maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Kristian could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Gotti has cracked it and Kristian is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Gotti!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Don Gotti! Don Gotti decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
