Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jacks Sole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Constantine Kermit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jacks Sole is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jacks Sole!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 1, fighting out of New York, Constantine Kermit!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Donald Grub and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kermit blocks a jab.
Sole sets himself, and Kermit steps forward looking for the clinch! Sole avoids it this time.
Sole throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jacks Sole seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sole avoids the body shot from Kermit.

Kermit gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Kermit manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Sole manages to get himself to full guard.

Kermit looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

That's one minute gone in the round.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sole looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Kermit tries to stand but Sole is controlling from the bottom.
Kermit trying to control but Sole is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sole has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kermit can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Sole is adopting a defensive guard.

Sole has an active guard here but Kermit has managed to pass into half guard.

Sole looking for subs from the bottom but Kermit mounts him!
Kermit wants to control the pace but Sole is squirming around nicely.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sole is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Kermit trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Kermit content just to control the position here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sole tries to get back to half guard but can't.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Kermit looking to control but Sole is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Sole is working to get back to half guard.
Kermit controlling from the full mount.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Kermit trying to control but he's not successful this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Constantine Kermit dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Kermit changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Sole misses with a wild combination.
Sole walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Kermit tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sole was well out of range. Poor timing from Kermit.
Sole is looking to slow Kermit down with leg kicks.
Nice uppercut there from Sole.
Kermit misses with a hook.
Kermit jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Sole lands with a cross.
A swing and a miss from Kermit.
Kermit throws a low kick but Sole moves out of range easily.
Sole lands with a shot to the body.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Sole.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kermit connects with a single shot there.
Kermit turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Sole finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Kermit steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Sole.
Sole lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Sole feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Kermits jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Kermit checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Sole attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Sole misses with a straight right.

Kermit gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Kermit fails to land.
Sole misses with an elbow over the top.
Sole taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Kermit tries a body shot but Sole blocks it.
Kermit lands a nice uppercut.
Sole lands with a short shot to the head.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Kermit.
Kermit lands a right hand that snaps the head of Sole backwards.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kermit lands a body punch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Sole.
Sole misses with a hook from the clinch.
Sole swings wildly with an uppercut but Kermit uses good head movement to avoid it.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Sole.
Sole lands a right hand.
Sole fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Kermit has a couple of punches blocked by Sole.
Sole avoiding damage.
Sole scores with a shoulder strike.
Kermit has Sole pushed against the cage.
Sole lands a nice uppercut.
Kermit tries a body shot but Sole blocks it.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Kermit takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sole has a couple of punches blocked by Kermit.
Sole wants to get back to striking at distance but Kermit won't allow it.
Kermit is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Kermit looking to stall.
Kermit misses with a punch on the inside.

Sole lands a takedown into guard.
Kermit controlling the position.
Sole working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Kermit avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Kermit keeping moving, preventing Sole from controlling successfully.
Sole postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Sole looking to sit in guard and control but Kermit gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Sole has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Kermit should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Sole has tightened it up now! Kermit should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Jacks Sole!
Jacks Sole decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
Constantine Kermit was interviewed post fight and said 'Yes, he good.'.
