Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eusebio Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Markus Kiviranta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Markus Kiviranta will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Markus Kiviranta! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kiviranta manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Parker on his heels. He'll look to pass Parker's guard now, I'm sure. Parker working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Kiviranta. Parker has momentary wrist control but Kiviranta slips an elbow through the middle. Parker wants to stand but Kiviranta is controlling the position. Kiviranta tries to free his leg and advance position but Parker is retaining full guard. Parker could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Parker preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kiviranta is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Kiviranta showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Kiviranta in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. That's one minute gone in the round. Kiviranta wants to control from the top but Parker keeps moving. Kiviranta working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Kiviranta stands and throws Parker's legs to the side, diving into side control. Parker might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Kiviranta wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Parker, who protects the arm well. Parker is holding Kiviranta down, trying to stall.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Parker tries to escape but Kiviranta is in control. The strikes coming from Kiviranta are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Kiviranta throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Kiviranta goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Parker has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kiviranta but great work by Parker. Kiviranta tries to improve position but can't. Kiviranta tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Parker presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kiviranta is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Kiviranta can't escape the position.
Parker tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Kiviranta is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kiviranta can do anything to dispel that myth. Kiviranta looks winded! Parker lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Kiviranta is looking to get to half guard. Parker unloading with bombs! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Parker is landing with some decent strikes but Kiviranta is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Kiviranta wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Eusebio Parker will probably get the nod. That's time! Parker's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Kiviranta looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Parker! Sloppy strikes there by Kiviranta. Parker pecks away with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Kiviranta swings around for an armbar but Parker sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Kiviranta's guard. Kiviranta working for submissions but it's allowed Parker to get to half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Parker is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kiviranta is just riding it out for now. Parker eventually gives up the hold. Parker in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Kiviranta tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Parker!
