Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bo Hood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Fabor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Bo Hood! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Fabor! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fabor throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Hood seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Hood tries to close the distance and clinch but Fabor swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Fabor has taken the fight to the clinch.
Fabor successfully pulls guard.
Fabor pulls Hood in close to his closed guard and prevents Hood from doing any damage or advancing position. Fabor is continuing to stall. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fabor looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fabor doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Fabor seems keen to control Hood's posture. Hood has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Hood preventing the sweep. Fabor avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Fabor controlling Hood's posture. Fabor looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hood is one step ahead there. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Fabor is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hood is aware though and is defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hood stands up from Fabor's guard - Hood perhaps looking for a knockout. Hood misses with a few strikes there.
Sloppy strikes from Fabor. Those never looked like landing. Hood doesn't succeed with the takedown and Fabor counters with a one-two to the body. Fabor feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Fabor controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fabor looking to pass the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fabor is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Fabor content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Fabor looking to control the position here, rather than advance. It looks like Fabor might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Fabor throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Fabor throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hood tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Fabor is in Hood's guard. Hood is looking for a triangle but Fabor pushes his legs off easily.
Hood might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Fabor is looking to stand up but Hood won't let him. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hood looking to hit a scissor sweep but Fabor is one step ahead there. Fabor works a leg free and moves into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paul Fabor dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Hood shoots in for a takedown but Fabor shows good takedown defense. Hood displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Fabor. Hood appears to be looking for a big counter. Fabor drives through and clinches with Hood against the cage.
Fabor breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hood moves in looking to clinch but Fabor pushes him off. Hood really is a fat lump. Fabor throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hood shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fabor defends it nicely. Fabor shoots in and bounces Hood off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fabor drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fabor jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Hood looking to control.
Fabor stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hood swivels though and keeps the full guard. Hood throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Paul Fabor has got the better of the ground game so far. Fabor not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Fabor makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Hood working for a triangle but Fabor defends it easily.
Fabor sitting in guard, not really doing much. Fabor wants to stand and escape but instead Hood has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fabor is pulling down on Hood's head. It's preventing any offense from Hood, at least for the moment. Fabor looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Fabor managing to control the position. Hood wants to stand and escape but instead Fabor has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Fabor content to stall in guard here. Fabor wants to stand but Hood is controlling his posture from full guard. Fabor stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hood swivels though and keeps the full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paul Fabor showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

It looks like Bo Hood has been cut. Fabor wants to clinch. Hood seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Fabor clinches up with Hood and pushes him back against the cage.

Fabor pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Hood tumbling to the mat - Fabor dives into Hood's guard. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Fabor. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Fabor controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Hood keeping moving, preventing Fabor from controlling successfully. Fabor is looking to stand up but Hood won't let him. Hood being controlled here, momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hood pulls Fabor in close to his closed guard and prevents Fabor from doing any damage or advancing position. Fabor has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Fabor keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Hood's head. Fabor tries to free his leg and advance position but Hood is retaining full guard. Fabor controls from within his opponent's guard.

Fabor manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Hood drives through with a takedown into Fabor's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Fabor wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Fabor's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Hood wants to stand but Fabor has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Hood is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Fabor is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hood defends well. Hood chips away with some ground and pound. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fabor tries to land a sweep but no joy. Bo Hood has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Paul Fabor is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fabor can do anything to dispel that myth. Fabor manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hood manages to get himself to full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Paul Fabor comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Fabor has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
