Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Barney Rasmussen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Griffithson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexander Griffithson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.

Griffithson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Rasmussen napping and manages to drive through into side control!
You can see the frustration on Rasmussen's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Griffithson manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Rasmussen on his heels. He'll look to pass Rasmussen's guard now, I'm sure.

That's time! Rasmussen's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Rasmussen's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Rasmussen has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Griffithson is working away from the top position though.
