Johnson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Voodoo Child by Jimi Hendrix. De Santos is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: 25 Ta Life - Fight Dirty. TJ De Santos acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

De Santos's coach down at Archon Dojo was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on De Santos's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
De Santos throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johnson's waist but Johnson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing De Santos off to one side.
