Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sigurd Ragnarsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gregory McVaughn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

McVaughn dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ragnarsson. That did some damage!

Ragnarsson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. McVaughn was covering up waiting for the punch and Ragnarsson finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Ragnarsson wants to pass the guard but McVaughn is keeping the position.

Ragnarsson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ragnarsson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ragnarsson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


McVaughn fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ragnarsson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
