Bailey shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kirkland has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Kirkland might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Bailey is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Kirkland lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Bailey is trying to escape back to his feet but Kirkland uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Kirkland swings around for an armbar but Bailey sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Kirkland's guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bailey is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Kirkland has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Bailey is looking to defend but Kirkland has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Bailey! Kirkland pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Bailey taps out and this one is all over!
