The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ohanian keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Hector Numagodov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ohanian throws a jab but it's blocked by Numagodov.
Ohanian misses with a looping left.
Ohanian gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Numagodov is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ohanian's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ohanian's back!

Numagodov smells blood and goes for the finish - the referee warns Ohanian to improve his position but he's not intelligently defending himself and the referee has no choice but to step in and end the fight! Numagodov jumps to his feet and celebrates the important win with his cornermen!
