Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lew Rockwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Khabib Nurmagomedov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rockwell comes to the cage accompanied by Like a Rock. Nurmagomedov has chosen KHABIB ''The Eagle'' NURMAGOMEDOV as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Lew Rockwell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Khabib Nurmagomedov! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Bart Greer and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rockwell shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nurmagomedov as he avoids it easily. Nurmagomedov feints the counter takedown. Nurmagomedov looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Rockwell! An elbow from Nurmagomedov crashes against the mat.
Nurmagomedov in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Rockwell struggling a bit here. Nurmagomedov with the ground and pound but Rockwell regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Rockwell won't allow Nurmagomedov to pass to mount. Nurmagomedov working over Rockwell with some ground and pound. Rockwell looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Rockwell has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Rockwell avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Nurmagomedov. Nurmagomedov takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Rockwell is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Nurmagomedov scores with a couple of nice shots. Nurmagomedov prevents Rockwell from improving his position. Nurmagomedov lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Nurmagomedov lands a nice short elbow. Rockwell moves into full guard.
Nurmagomedov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Rockwell has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Nurmagomedov has managed to get both his arms back between Rockwell's legs - danger averted.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rockwell throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Nurmagomedov is pushing down on Rockwell's leg trying to pass to half guard. Rockwell is fighting to maintain full guard but Nurmagomedov has managed to sneak the leg through. Rockwell moves into full guard.
Rockwell avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Rockwell is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Nurmagomedov is aware though and is defending well. Nurmagomedov must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Nurmagomedov content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Nurmagomedov with a nice head shot there. Rockwell bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Nurmagomedov's guard. Nurmagomedov is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Nurmagomedov keeping full guard, as Rockwell tries to pass. Rockwell pushes down on Nurmagomedov's leg and manages to get into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nurmagomedov wants to get back to full guard but Rockwell has mounted him! Nurmagomedov has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. Nurmagomedov keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Rockwell is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Nurmagomedov is surviving well by controlling Rockwell's body position as best he can. Rockwell with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
Nurmagomedov is desperately trying to improve his position but Rockwell has a good base and remains in mount. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nurmagomedov is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Rockwell has taken his back.
Rockwell is persistently looking for the submission but Nurmagomedov is defending it well.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Nurmagomedov wants to control his opponent's hands but Rockwell gets his hands free. Rockwell has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Nurmagomedov is defending well but eventually Rockwell manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Nurmagomedov has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Lew Rockwell! After winning the bout, Lew Rockwell thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
