The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dickinson scores with a hook.
Dickinson connects with a body shot that sends Chandler's belly button to the back.
Dickinson lands with a nice combination. Chandler backs away looking to recover.
Good standup being displayed there by Dickinson as he connects with a hook.
Chandler blocks a head kick by Dickinson.
No joy there for Chandler, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Chandler closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Chandler lands in his opponent's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dickinson pushes a forearm under Chandler's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Chandler is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
