Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Keenan Coffey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Ebbitt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ebbitt has chosen Ain't No Sunshine as his entrance music. Tommy Ebbitt will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Keenan Coffey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tommy Ebbitt! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coffey tries to clinch up but Ebbitt circles away and keeps his distance. Ebbitt tries to score with a low kick but Coffey moves his leg out of the way. Coffey moves out of range of the body kick from Ebbitt.
Ebbitt lands a nice shot to the body.
Ebbitt tries to land a front kick but Coffey steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Coffey fails in his attempt to clinch. Ebbitt uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Coffey. Nice takedown defense from Coffey. No joy for Ebbitt on that attempt. Coffey gets a double leg takedown into Ebbitt's guard. Ebbitt wants to stand up but Coffey is controlling him. Coffey slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ebbitt controlling Coffey's posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ebbitt wants to improve his position but instead Coffey has moved into half guard.
Ebbitt avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Coffey. Ebbitt wants to control but Coffey is keeping busy.
Ebbitt is looking to escape. Coffey prevents Ebbitt from improving his position. Ebbitt moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Ebbitt has his hands on Coffey's head, controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Ebbitt is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Coffey throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Ebbitt fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ebbitt lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Coffey circles away quickly and effectively. Coffey really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Ebbitt throws a head kick that misses. Ebbitt fails to land with a series of punches.
It looked like Coffey was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Coffey misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Coffey gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ebbitt tries to circle away but Coffey has him pinned against the cage. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Coffey jumps into guard, dragging Ebbitt to the mat.
Coffey is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ebbitt is controlling him. Coffey has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Ebbitt has passed into side control.
Ebbitt trying to control the position but Coffey is working away. Ebbitt looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Coffey is avoiding damage well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Coffey pushes Ebbitt away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Ebbitt gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Ebbitt is trying to get an arm triangle but Coffey is defending well. Ebbitt trying to control the action but Coffey is working from the bottom. Coffey takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Coffey is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Ebbitt trying to control the action but Coffey is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Coffey sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Tommy Ebbitt will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Ebbitt has managed to clinch.
Ebbitt looking for a takedown. Ebbitt's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Tommy Ebbitt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A combination from Ebbitt does no damage. Coffey was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Coffey shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Ebbitt throws a sloppy head kick and Coffey moves out of range easily. Ebbitt looks to land a combination but Coffey avoids it well. Ebbitt ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Coffey moves away. Ebbitt looks to land a right hand but Coffey moved out of range. Coffey keeps the fight on the outside. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ebbitt manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Coffey on his heels. He'll look to pass Coffey's guard now, I'm sure. Coffey working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ebbitt doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ebbitt manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ebbitt is breathing heavily. Coffey wants to stand but Ebbitt is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ebbitt wants to control from the top but Coffey keeps moving. Ebbitt trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Coffey controlling the position. Ebbitt wants to control from the top but Coffey keeps moving. Coffey will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Ebbitt tries to stand but Coffey is controlling from the bottom. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Ebbitt trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Coffey looking to hit a scissor sweep but Ebbitt is one step ahead there.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Ebbitt dives in and grabs Coffey's left leg, looking for a takedown. Coffey pushes down on Ebbitt's head and hops out. Coffey swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Coffey ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ebbitt moves away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Coffey decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Coffey is thwarting Ebbitt's attempts to control the position. Coffey keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Ebbitt wants to get back to his feet.
Ebbitt kicks off Coffey and gets to his feet. Ebbitt fails with a takedown attempt. Keenan Coffey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommy Ebbitt. Coffey throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Coffey fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ebbitt, pushing him back against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Coffey is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Ebbitt to keep the fight standing. Coffey pulls guard effortlessly. Ebbitt is fighting to break Coffey's control of his arms but Coffey is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Coffey throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Ebbitt showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Coffey keeping moving, preventing Ebbitt from controlling successfully. Ebbitt pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Coffey is keeping the position for now. Ebbitt is still trying to improve position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Coffey keeping moving, preventing Ebbitt from controlling successfully.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ebbitt with a lazy takedown attempt and Coffey counters with a head kick. That will keep Ebbitt thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Ebbitt pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Coffey moves into the clinch successfully.
Coffey successfully pulls guard.
Coffey wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Ebbitt manages to pass to side control. Ebbitt is looking for a kimura here.
Coffey has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Ebbitt is on him like a limpet, forcing Coffey back against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Keenan Coffey will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Ebbitt wants to counter with a clinch but Coffey pushes him away. Coffey misses with a few strikes there.

Ebbitt throws a nice head kick!
Keenan Coffey is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Ebbitt closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Ebbitt lands in his opponent's guard. Ebbitt throwing strikes from guard but Coffey blocks nicely. Ebbitt stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Coffey swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ebbitt takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Coffey wants to get back to his feet but Ebbitt is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Coffey keeping moving, preventing Ebbitt from controlling successfully. Coffey managing to control the position. Ebbitt working some strikes from top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Ebbitt slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Ebbitt looking to pass the guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Coffey tries a head kick but it misses.
Coffey changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Coffey goes for a double leg but Ebbitt avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Ebbitt continues to drive forward. Ebbitt throws a series of punches but Coffey avoids them all with ease. Ebbitt rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Coffey moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Coffey closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Ebbitt quickly recovers to half guard. Coffey drops an elbow to the side of Ebbitt's head. Ebbitt is looking to improve his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ebbitt is trying to control but can't.
Coffey working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Ebbitt is trying to stand.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Coffey is controlling the pace.
Coffey winds up and cracks Ebbitt with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Ebbitt is looking for a sweep. Coffey is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Coffey looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Ebbitt with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Coffey missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Coffey stalling.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. A punch combination from Coffey misses. Ebbitt is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Ebbitt tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Coffey was well out of range. Poor timing from Ebbitt. Coffey showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ebbitt.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Coffey rushes Ebbitt and presses him up against the cage. Ebbitt goes for a takedown in the clinch but Coffey prevents it.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Tommy Ebbitt. I think Ebbitt has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by majority decision... Tommy Ebbitt! Tommy Ebbitt decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
