Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dusty Fowler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Malik Tison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dusty Fowler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Malik Tison! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Roosa Järviläinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fowler dives in for a single leg takedown but Tison sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Tison moves into range and clinches up with Fowler. Tison has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Tison gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Fowler.
Fowler keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tison's efforts to push away. Tison lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Fowler or not. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fowler has hold of one of Tison's legs. Tison is fighting the takedown attempt but Fowler gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Tison looking for subs off his back but Fowler has passed one foot through into half guard.
Tison on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fowler is nestled in close to Tison, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Fowler scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Fowler with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Tison tries to get to full guard but Fowler has control of the leg. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fowler is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Tison has managed to free his arm - good work. Tison is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Fowler scores with a couple of nice shots.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tison is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Fowler controlling the action here. Tison wants to control the action here but instead Fowler manages to pass to full mount! Tison tries to hold on but Fowler postures up. Fowler prevents Tison from getting the reversal.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fowler working away from the top, dropping strikes. Fowler has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Fowler is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Tison to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Tison shrugs it off. Fowler looking to control and managing it successfully. Tison wants to control but Fowler is having none of it. Fowler punishing his opponent with strikes. Fowler tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tison tries to get back to half guard but can't. Fowler looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Fowler is landing with some decent strikes but Tison is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Tison is trying desperately to improve position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Fowler postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Tison looks a forlorn figure.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dusty Fowler dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Fowler misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Fowler is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Tison can do to turn this around? Tison misses with a left hand and Fowler counters with a nice double leg into guard. Tison working a defensive guard here.
Fowler scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Tison can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Fowler controls the pace. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fowler landing some decent shots from guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fowler is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Tison looking to control but Fowler passes into half guard.
Fowler lands strikes from half guard. Fowler seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Tison punching from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Fowler not doing much here.
Fowler's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jab from Tison. Fowler fails with a takedown attempt. Fowler tries to move into range but Tison moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Dusty Fowler has been cut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tison has taken the fight to the clinch.
Tison is trying to break free. Tison looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Fowler manages to break the clinch.
Tison gets a clinch. Tison tries to throw a body punch but Fowler avoids it by throwing Tison back against the cage. Fowler changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Tison fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Fowler shoots in for a double leg but Tison sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dusty Fowler. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tison throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fowler. Tison connects with a body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tison fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fowler, pushing him back against the cage. Tison misses with a short punch on the inside. Tison wants to get back to striking at distance but Fowler won't allow it.
Tison can't find room to land a body shot as Fowler controls the action.
Tison misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Tison wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Fowler has him pressed against the cage. Fowler goes for a takedown in the clinch but Tison prevents it.
Fowler blocks a body shot from Tison. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Tison is trying to break the clinch but Fowler is controlling him. Fowler is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Tison pulls him back up using the underhooks. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Malik Tison showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Dusty Fowler's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Tison has managed to clinch.

Fowler manages to pull guard.
Fowler looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Tison wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Fowler's closed guard. He's half up but Fowler has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Fowler pivots and extends the arm, Tison falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Fowler! Well done that man!
