32 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Calm Like A Bomb! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Chad Campbell and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! dAnconia scoring well with a low kick there.
dAnconia looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. dAnconia keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
dAnconia throws an ugly left hook that misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. A shot to the body from dAnconia misses and A Bomb cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Francisco dAnconia has been cut. dAnconia scores with a hook. A Bomb checks a leg kick nicely. Francisco dAnconia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. dAnconia throws a body kick that misses. A Bomb counters with a body kick. A Bomb takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
dAnconia throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and A Bomb counters with a three punch combo that has dAnconia backing up. dAnconia nods at A Bomb to acknowledge the strikes. dAnconia shoots for a double leg takedown but A Bomb sprawls well. He's pushed dAnconia's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. A Bomb throws a low kick but it's checked well by dAnconia. A Bomb throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. dAnconia lands with a thumping leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. dAnconia jabs A Bomb to the body, keeping him at a distance. dAnconia misses with a straight left. A Bomb moves out of range of the strikes. dAnconia throws a leg kick that is checked and A Bomb counters with a stiff right hand. We've been informed that A Bomb has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Good shot there by dAnconia. A Bomb lands a nice shot to the body.
dAnconia misses with a right hand and A Bomb counters with a crisp right hand that drops dAnconia! A Bomb lets dAnconia back up to his feet, looking for a finish! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A Bomb throws a hook but dAnconia avoids it easily. dAnconia cracks the inside of A Bomb's front leg. dAnconia cracks A Bomb with an open hand slap.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A Bomb has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from dAnconia. A Bomb keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A Bomb lands a big head kick that sends dAnconia tumbling to the mat! A Bomb takes a step backwards and waves dAnconia back to his feet - he wants the finish!
dAnconia is rocked! dAnconia looks to throw a body kick and A Bomb counters with a monster head kick that knocks dAnconia out cold! He topples like fallen a tree, crashing to the mat! Timbeeeeeerrr!
