Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Michael Page (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Michael Page has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Michael Page! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chris White! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Dean Styles and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White fails to land with a series of punches.
White closes the distance and clinches. White blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Page tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and White avoids it. White pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Page tries to clinch but White moves out of range. White throws out a counter right but Page avoids it with no problem. Page misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Michael Page seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Page is looking to clinch. White keeps the fight on the outside. White looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Page is fending him off so far but White persists. Nope, Page circles away and we're back to standing. A big left from Page misses. White tries to score a power double leg takedown but Page sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten White somewhat. Page tried to counter with a leg kick but White avoided it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White tries to close the distance and clinch up but Page swats him away and circles back towards the center. Page fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and White has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Page wants to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. White shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Page napping and manages to drive through into side control! Page is trying to buck White off. White thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Page gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
That's two minutes gone in the round. White with the ground and pound from mount. White working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Page squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
White controlling the pace for now. White looking to finish Page with some ground and pound. This is bad for Page! This has been an exciting period of action! BOOM! White connects with a massive shot to the dome!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Page has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. White is working the back position looking for the choke. Oh, he's slid into an armbar! Beautiful transition and Page taps out! Fantastic Jiu Jitsu from White.
