Coming up we have a middleweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Iwao Wada and Kordell Bailey Sr.. Wada's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Stranglehold. Bailey Sr. comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Damian Marley - Road To Zion kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the middleweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 4 losses; Iwao Wada! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Montreal, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 0 losses; Kordell Bailey Sr.!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Alec Ball.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Wada tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bailey Sr. defends well and Wada ends up having to push Bailey Sr. into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Wada tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Bailey Sr. swivels and escapes.

I really don't envy Wada right now.
Bailey Sr. looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bailey Sr. is trying to stick to Wada's back but Wada is turning into Bailey Sr.. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Bailey Sr.'s guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Wada.

Wada is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Bailey Sr. has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Wada is looking to defend but Bailey Sr. has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Wada! Bailey Sr. pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Wada taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 12:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Kordell Bailey Sr.!
Kordell Bailey Sr. very nearly forgot to thank King of Clothes amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
