Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom McGettigan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timmy Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Tom McGettigan has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Tom McGettigan seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tom McGettigan!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Timmy Taylor!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGettigan tries to move into range but Taylor moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
McGettigan sends Taylor crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! McGettigan is motioning to the referee to let Taylor up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
It looks like Timmy Taylor has been cut.
McGettigan uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Taylor.
Taylor tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. McGettigan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
McGettigan drops Taylor with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Taylor! McGettigan dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tom McGettigan!
