Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Irvin Jimenez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrone T Dogg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Irvin Jimenez has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Irvin Jimenez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tyrone T Dogg! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by T Dogg. Jimenez tries to buck T Dogg off but T Dogg is having none of it. Jimenez wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! T Dogg working away. Jimenez takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. T Dogg working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Jimenez wants to control but T Dogg postures up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. T Dogg stands up and we're back to a striking position. T Dogg shoots in but Jimenez avoids the takedown attempt easily. Jimenez tried to counter with a leg kick but T Dogg avoided it.
That's one minute gone in the round. T Dogg shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. T Dogg moves in looking to clinch but Jimenez pushes him off. T Dogg doesn't manage to clinch there - Jimenez circles away.
It looked like Jimenez wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. T Dogg tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. T Dogg fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jimenez, pushing him back against the cage. T Dogg has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Jimenez after a bit of a struggle. Irvin Jimenez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyrone T Dogg. Jimenez manages to break the clinch.
T Dogg clinches up against the cage. Jimenez wants to break the clinch but can't.
T Dogg is looking to take this one to the mat. Jimenez tries to throw a body punch but T Dogg avoids it by throwing Jimenez back against the cage. Jimenez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. T Dogg breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Jimenez uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by T Dogg.
T Dogg lands a nice shot to the body.
T Dogg shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. T Dogg showed some decent athleticism there. T Dogg escapes and gets back to his feet. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! T Dogg looks to throw a body kick and Jimenez counters with a straight right hand. T Dogg misses with a takedown attempt and Jimenez counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three minutes gone in the round. T Dogg doesn't succeed with the takedown and Jimenez counters with a big head kick but T Dogg shrugs it off. Jimenez closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. T Dogg bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Jimenez gets a clinch. T Dogg looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. T Dogg lands a hook that snaps the head of Jimenez backwards. This has been an exciting period of action! Jimenez wants to break free but T Dogg has control.
T Dogg turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and T Dogg manages to end up in side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. T Dogg is looking to take a break and control but Jimenez is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. T Dogg has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. T Dogg lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Jimenez down.
T Dogg has hold of Jimenez's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Jimenez tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - T Dogg cranks the arm and Jimenez screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Jimenez, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Tyrone T Dogg! Tyrone T Dogg decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
