The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ukko misses with a hook to the body
and Gibson counters with a head kick. That will keep Ukko thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Ukko lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ukko.
It looks like Spike Gibson has been cut.
Ukko drops Gibson with a huge uppercut! Gibson drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Ukko is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Suresho Ukko!
Suresho Ukko very nearly forgot to thank SHINTO amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
In defeat, Spike Gibson stepped up to the mic, saying 'Whatever he did hard work out there.'.
