Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sean Tallon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacek Krakowiak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krakowiak comes into a darkened arena with his song building. O.S.T.R & Kasta - Dzis ide walczyc mamo kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
50 - 20 - 1, fighting out of London, Sean Tallon! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jacek Krakowiak! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Tallon.
Tallon connects with a crisp jab. Krakowiak needs to keep his hands up - Tallon had a free shot at his head there. Krakowiak is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Tallon throws a looping overhand right but Krakowiak ducks down to avoid it. Both fighters circling a little - Tallon finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. A punch lands to the side of Tallon 's head but he takes it in his stride. Tallon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Krakowiak scores with a crisp jab that stopped Tallon in his tracks. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tallon does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Krakowiak moves out of range of the body kick. Tallon throws a body shot but no joy. Tallon misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Krakowiak.
Sean Tallon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tallon needs to keep his hands up - Krakowiak had a free shot at his head there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tallon lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. A lazy body kick from Tallon and Krakowiak cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Krakowiak tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tallon was well out of range. Poor timing from Krakowiak. Tallon keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Krakowiak. Krakowiak checks a low kick from Tallon. Krakowiak let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Krakowiak uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tallon.
Krakowiak ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tallon moves away. A big left from Krakowiak misses. Tallon tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Krakowiak manages to circle out of the way. Tallon finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Tallon throws the left hand but Krakowiak avoids the punch easily. A nice leg kick lands there from Tallon. Tallon connects with a leg kick. Krakowiak looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Decent striking displayed by Krakowiak there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tallon scores with a body shot.
Krakowiak walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tallon thows a leg kick but Krakowiak checks it and Krakowiak connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Krakowiak looks to land a right hand but Tallon moved out of range. Krakowiak looks to score with a jab to the body but Tallon is just out of range. Krakowiak pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Tallon lands a really nice looking cross but Krakowiak seems unphased.
Good leg kick by Tallon there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Tallon throws a head kick but Krakowiak moves out of range.
Tallon misses with a body kick. Tallon throws a body punch but Krakowiak moves out of range. Krakowiak doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tallon fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Krakowiak has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Tallon bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Krakowiak tries to bum rush Tallon with a series of wild strikes but Tallon uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Tallon lands a jab to Krakowiak's midsection. Tallon throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Some bone on bone action there as Krakowiak checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Tallon wants to slow Krakowiak down by chopping away at his legs. Tallon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Tallon goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Krakowiak fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Tallon lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Krakowiak misses with a hook. Tallon ducked under it nicely. We've been told by Tallon's head coaches at Scotty's Yard that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Krakowiak ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Tallon smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Krakowiak missing with a left hand there. Tallon was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Krakowiak paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Tallon scores with a leg kick.
Krakowiak's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Tallon looks to score with a jab to the body but Krakowiak is just out of range. Krakowiak throws a fast counter high kick but Tallon manages to duck under it in time. Tallon darts in and clinches Krakowiak up against the cage. Tallon keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Krakowiak's efforts to push away. Krakowiak lands with a short shot to the head. Krakowiak misses with the head strike.
Tallon tries a body shot but Krakowiak blocks it.

Sean Tallon dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

A countering left hand to the body from Krakowiak misses. Tallon throws a nice inside leg kick. A big left from Tallon misses. Krakowiak is rocked! Krakowiak misses with a few strikes there.
Krakowiak is still on wobbly legs! Can Tallon finish him? Good exchange - Krakowiak coming out on top. Krakowiak seems to have recovered his senses. Krakowiak has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. Tallon takes the fight into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Krakowiak is trying to break the clinch but Tallon has him pressed against the cage. Tallon swings wildly with an uppercut but Krakowiak uses good head movement to avoid it. A nice right hand lands inside from Krakowiak. Krakowiak breaks the clinch.
Tallon cracks Krakowiak with an open hand slap. Tallon displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Krakowiak throws out the jab. Krakowiak takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Krakowiak goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Tallon swings widly with a right hand
and Krakowiak counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Krakowiak lands a right hook to the body.
Krakowiak swings for the body but Tallon moves out of range.
Tallon scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Good standup being displayed there by Tallon as he connects with a hook.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tallon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Krakowiak takes a swing at Tallon's ribcage but misses. Tallon half committed to a counter leg kick. Tallon throws a head kick but Krakowiak moves out of range.
Left hook, right uppercut from Krakowiak. Tallon misses with a body shot.
Krakowiak throws out a counter right but Tallon avoids it with no problem. Krakowiak scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Tallon throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Sean Tallon is winning the standup battle so far. Krakowiak looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Tallon throws a jab but it's blocked by Krakowiak. Tallon takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Krakowiak uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Tallon.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Krakowiak bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Krakowiak throws out a loose jab but Tallon uses good head movement to avoid it. And Tallon counters with a quick kick to the body but Krakowiak blocks it. Krakowiak needs to keep his hands up - Tallon had a free shot at his head there. Tallon misses with a shot to the body and Krakowiak counters with a crisp one two that drops Tallon! Krakowiak thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Tallon to his feet! Tallon is in big trouble!
Tallon is rocked! Krakowiak pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Tallon seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Oh Tallon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Tallon misses with a low kick.
Krakowiak uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Tallon. Krakowiak fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Tallon to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Tallon looks to clinch but Krakowiak throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Tallon taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Jacek Krakowiak! Jacek Krakowiak is the new bantamweight champion! After winning the bout, Jacek Krakowiak thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
