Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Jon McDonald and Guilherme Mendes. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Mendes closes the distance and clinches. Mendes has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Mendes biding his time, controlling McDonald. McDonald wants to escape the position but for the time being he's just trying to control the pace. McDonald tries to escape the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McDonald trying to control the position but Mendes manages to sink in the hooks. McDonald staying busy and making it hard for Mendes to control. McDonald has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McDonald breaks Mendes's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

McDonald takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. McDonald is looking to pass to full mount but he's left his head exposed in the process. Mendes has locked up a guillotine and regained full guard. He's really cranking on it - this could be the end! Is it? Is it? No... YES! YES! He's tapped! I didn't think he was going to get it there for a minute but he did! Well done Mendes! He waited for his chance and took it!
