The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guido swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Guido takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Guido has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed earth clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

earth could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Guido has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of earth's body.
earth tries to roll but Guido sticks to his back.

Ray Guido showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!

Guido tries to close the distance and clinch but earth swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Guido throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around earth's waist but earth gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Guido off to one side.
Guido throws a combination. earth tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Guido clinches with his opponent.
earth tries to score a body lock takedown but Guido shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
earth tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Guido smiles and moves away.
Guido feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Guido is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ray Guido comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Guido has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
