Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Genki Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hannibal Barca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hannibal Barca has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Genki Diaz's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Genki Diaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hannibal Barca! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diaz tries a head kick but it misses.
Diaz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Barca changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. A left and a right from Barca both land. Nice combination. Diaz has closed the distance and engaged Barca in a clinch.
Diaz dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Barca jumps guard but Diaz turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Barca is trying to pull guard but Diaz has him pressed against the cage. Barca pulls guard. Diaz controls from within his opponent's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Barca is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Diaz passes easily into side control. Nice work. Diaz controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barca manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Barca looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Barca looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Diaz pushes past his half guard into mount! Diaz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Diaz tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Barca tries to improve his position but instead Diaz has taken his back! I really don't envy Barca right now.
Diaz working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Barca is doing well to defend. Diaz seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Barca is forced to tap and this one is over!
